The complexity of the conditions prevailing in the country's economy and increasing external pressures, requires changes in the country's economic policies in order to be able to overcome the external pressures, as well as the growth and development of the country. Therefore, the Supreme Leader raised the issue of resistance economics and announced its general policies, which in its paragraphs also mention the issue of productivity. Given the special importance of human resources in organizations and the economy, the present study aims to analyze the productivity of human resources in the industrial sector with a resilient economy approach. For this purpose, Semnan industrial town was selected as the statistical population of the study and the researcher-made research questionnaire, after reviewing the validity and reliability, among the statistical sample who were selected according to Cochran's formula and selected by non-relative classification method. Data analysis indicates that from the point of view of the Statistical population, Semnan industrial town is in a well position in each of the indicators of human resources productivity, i.e. "individual factors", "technical factors", "managerial factors", and "structural factors"; And the overall state of human resource productivity in a resilient economy is also considered appropriate. However, the results indicate that, the indicators of "managerial factors" and "structural factors" are still far from the ideal situation and require special attention of managers of organizations. Further, according to statistical analysis, managerial and individual factors are most closely related to human resource productivity in a resilient economy based on the Supreme Leader's strategic statements, respectively.
