Processing, review, implementation and evaluation of budget states, budgeting are called.
The use of efficient and effective budgeting system and institutionalize it in a dynamic economic system, the goals of all nations, including developed countries, is developing and less developed, So the analysis method of budgeting countries according to different conditions is essential, accordingly, this study aimed to identify appropriate method of budgeting, coordinating the general economic policies of the resistance is sent.
This research is a foresight type in terms of research plan and since the aim of researcher is finding a response to main problem and challenge, this research is classified in result based researches and in terms of the way of gathering the data, the research is descriptive – Survey research.
The researcher by collecting data library method athletics to identified and evaluated the various aspects of the Analysis of budgeting methods in line with the general resilient economic policy, and discus cusses the model society based on research methodology and presented it to the experts who are familiar to the economic and financial debates.
The Statistical society of this research comprised of 350 professors and scholars of outstanding economic, financial and administrative responsibilities associated with work experience in government and data have been gathered through field and library methodology plus questionnaire and interview tools, analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics thus indicate that: Among the main features of budgeting in macroeconomic activity, five attributes of selected features in line with the general economic policies important loss resistance.
