[English]

This research was done with the aim of designing and explaining the strategic battle model in investment holding companies and with a Mixed methods. Mixed methods include both quantitative and qualitative parts. The qualitative part of the research was done using Grounded theory and the quantitative part was done using structural equation modeling. The tool for collecting information in the qualitative part is a semi-structured interview with specialists and experts of investment and academic holdings, whose data was obtained during three stages of "open coding", "central coding" and "selective coding". In the quantitative part, a researcher-made questionnaire was used according to the opinions of university experts, and its validity and reliability were examined in the research. According to the codes collected from interviews and code extraction using Maxqda10 software, 138 open codes, 23 central categories and finally 8 main (optional) categories were extracted. Among these, the categories of market penetration, market leaders, intelligent defense, business game and the rules of choosing the battle area related to the variable of strategic battle (phenomenon-oriented) and the categories of strengthening and organizing human resources, information aristocracy and the power of artificial intelligence related to the causal conditions affecting The central phenomenon of the research was identified. The results of the current research, which were analyzed using the findings of the qualitative section (identified codes) and the modeling of the structural equations of the research using Smart pls4 software, showed that the causal factors of the research with an acceptable coefficient of effect and coefficient of significance affects the phenomenon of battle strategically. Rsquare, Fsqare, SRMR and GOF criteria were calculated for the structural model and measurement models, all of which were allowed and acceptable values.
