The resear cher Tries to Clarify and reword the statements of the supreme leader in the field of cultural Jihad. To do This his statements and correspondences in his official website[1] and some Jihadi books and other sources are precisely gathered Through field study. In context analyzing by chosen choices and contents of the sources, five elements including : The necessities of cultural Jihad 2-cultural objectives 3-enemys’ soft war; soft war methods 5- The approaches of confronting soft war were derived. That is 58 indexes. The researcher focuses on the words jihad, culture, cultural Jihad; in order to gain a better justification on this important matter. As it is considered to analyze the content ,related choices are just chosen and other unrelated statements are extracted. The findings show that if it is supposed to follow any kinds of Cultural Jihad is the most important and most significant type of jihad in the current situation. Considering 5 indicators, First , Jihad culture must be embodied in the minds, Spirit and minds of the society, then any jihad, including Jihad cultural, intellectual, military, economic, scientific, etc. should be implemented and executed.
