Theorizing is one of the most important pillars of science production. Hence, theorists and thinkers for theorizing must be equipped with two elements simultaneously to produce the theory; One is specialized knowledge and expertise in the field of the studied phenomenon and having a new and new idea and letter, the second is the skill and mastery of the method and process of producing a theory that can turn your idea into a theory. Therefore, the present article seeks to identify the process model of theorizing theory. This research has been done in terms of purpose, development-application and case-context with a qualitative approach by content analysis method. . To achieve the stated goal and answer the main question, what is the process model of theorizing ?, Using the library method, valid sources have been studied and the necessary information has been extracted. In order to validate the findings, a researcher-made questionnaire was developed among 15 experts. The scientific community, familiar with the methods of theorizing, was distributed as a statistical sample. Continuing the theoretical saturation with statistics; 11 primary themes, 16 secondary themes, 5 organizing themes and 1 comprehensive theme were obtained. According to the research results, the stages of theorizing are: diagnosis, proof, proof, fixation and formulation, and the sixteen steps of theorizing. Includes: exposure and observation, needs assessment, background and similarity, supporting principles and teachings, data collection, initial idea, organizing concepts, hypothesis or theorem formation, test, theory formation, presentation to the scientific community
