Today, knowledge workers are the most important employees of an organization and an important source of creating and maintaining a competitive advantage for them. One of the basic challenges that today's organizations face in relation to the productivity of knowledge workers is how to evaluate this type of workers. The main goal of this research is to achieve the evaluation pattern of Knowledge workers using theoretical literature. The current research is qualitative and has a descriptive methodology. The method of gathering information is the review of existing documents and library study, and to answer the research question, articles and researches conducted in domestic and foreign databases have been examined and its analysis is done through meta- Synthesis method. In the end, the evaluation pattern of knowledge workers with 4 dimensions, 9 components and 87 indicators was obtained. The main dimensions of this model include competency, personal Attributes, experience and knowledge.
