In today's business world, the irreplaceable role of the leadership factor in the success of organizations is not hidden from anyone; Strategic leadership is a special type of modern leadership that puts most of the concepts of leadership under one roof and is able to guide organizations in today's ultra-competitive and dynamic business environment; Therefore, the purpose of this research was to design a model of strategic leadership style. The current research was applied in terms of purpose, -exploratory in terms of nature, qualitative in terms of approach, and interpretive in research paradigm. The research participants were 15 academic experts and senior managers of knowledge-based companies in guilan province; the method of selecting sample members was purposeful snowball sampling and the basis for determining the sample size was theoretical saturation. The data collection method was field, the data analysis method was theme analysis, and the data collection tool was semi-structured interviews. The results based on theme analysis indicated the extraction of 115 key themes, 30 organizing themes and 4 macro themes of a- strategic leadership at the individual level, b- strategic leadership at the interpersonal level, c- strategic leadership at the organizational level and d- strategic leadership at the trans-organizational level. According to the results, a strategic leader must have high capabilities and skills at four individual, interpersonal, organizational and trans-organizational levels Furthermore, knowledge-based companies in Guilan province should develop the above 4 levels among their senior managers in order to improve the strategic leadership performance of their senior managers.
