Background and Objective: Organizational doctrine; represents a set of principles, rules, general policies and organizational thoughts based on one or more specific and limited principles. Organizational doctrine itself can be part of an organizational philosophy or ideology or the result of one or more theories or presented within the framework of one or more theories. The purpose of this research is to design a model for establishing doctrine in Faraj.
Research Methodology: This research is applied in terms of purpose. The method of conducting this research is qualitative analysis using theme analysis and inductive method. So that after the library studies stage, variables related to the implementation and implementation of the doctrine were taken from the literature and semi-structured interviews with experts in the field of doctrine using the purposive sampling method and then the components were identified using Deming's four-stage model.
Findings: The research results led to the formation of a paradigmatic model for implementing doctrine in Faraj. Using thematic analysis method, the empowerment theme network was formulated, consisting of 83 overarching themes, 10 organizing themes, and one basic theme.
Results: In order for all unit actions, namely: 1. Plans, programs, and actions; Organizational and operational orders; 7. Exercises and tests; 8. Doctrine compliance with upstream, aligned, and downstream doctrines; 9. Evaluation of the effectiveness of officials; 10. Performance in the field; to be consistent with the doctrine, attention must be paid to all indicators determined in this model.
