Today, leadership studies are focused on neuroscience in the hope of improving and developing management and leadership methods. This research was done with the aim of presenting a leadership model based on neuroscience in education-oriented organizations. In terms of practical purpose and in terms of method, it is qualitative-quantitative mixed. The statistical population in the qualitative phase includes university professors and education experts of Lorestan province, and the statistical population in the quantitative phase includes the general administration and education departments of Lorestan province. In the qualitative part of the sample population, 15 people have been selected in a targeted way to perform the fuzzy Delphi technique, and in the quantitative part, 292 people have been selected using Cochran's formula and stratified random sampling method. The tool for collecting information in the qualitative stage was a researcher-made questionnaire, and in the quantitative stage, the questionnaire was the result of the opinion of experts in the fuzzy Delphi stages. For the analysis of information in the qualitative part, meta composition and fuzzy Delphi were used, and in the quantitative stage, structural equations with partial least squares approach were used. SPSS, Monte Carlo PCA, Smart PLS 4 and ECSEL software were used for analysis. In the qualitative phase, it was done with the 8 steps of Jiao and Watson, and the initial pattern was extracted, and the dimensions, components and important indicators were confirmed and theoretically agreed upon by using the fuzzy Delphi technique.
