As the victimization seeks emotional, physical, financial, psychological and social effects, the supporting supports should be comprehensive and cover of all works, since social support is a relative concept that can be seen in various aspects to achieve the rights of the victim however, some aspects have more prominence and the attention of criminal scientists, especially in the field of victimization. From these clear angles of protection which we consider as different kinds of support and can be defined to some extent, can be referred to criminal, legal, financial, emotional, emotional, psychological, medical and social support.
system. this paper is descriptive - analytic and with the design of the question that how far in different stages of the proceedings of the criminal procedure law, the legal protection of the victims based on the victimization of the second or the support has been predicted ? while the proposed hypothesis in this paper is based on the fact that although the legal protections of the former laws have been improved but until the time of reaching to enough rights , systematic and even at the accused so that the criminal justice will lead the criminal justice to the criminal justice of the crime , it requires a consistent and harmonious development in all aspects of criminal policy .
