The objective of the present research is to design a model for employee career development with an organizational learning approach at Bank Sepah across the country. This study is applied in terms of purpose, descriptive survey in terms of data collection method, and qualitative in nature. The statistical population of this research consisted of 36 Bank Sepah experts nationwide. Based on previous studies and content analysis tests, the constituent factors of career development based on organizational learning were identified. Subsequently, using the Delphi technique and semi-structured interviews (employing an open-ended questionnaire) with the statistical population experts, the identified factors were evaluated, and insignificant factors were eliminated. Ultimately, eight dimensions were identified for the organizational learning-based career development variable: supportive learning environment, managerial competence, group/team learning, shared vision, employee competency development, learning culture, knowledge sharing, and participative leadership. Based on the obtained data, the research model was designed.
