Today, corporate entrepreneurship and the organization's movement towards it is one of the important methods in creating a competitive advantage that institutionalizes innovation in organizations and will lead to the economic excellence of countries. Also, organizations that consider strategic innovation as their main task will be successful in the field of competition. The aim of the current research is to design an corporate entrepreneurship model based on strategic innovation in banking in the Islamic Republic of Iran, which was confirmed and validated using a qualitative method based on the foundation's data theory. By benefiting from the data theory method of the foundation, the interview files were collected, analyzed and analyzed, and after completing the coding process in three parts of open, central and selective coding, the components and dimensions of the corporate entrepreneurship model based on strategic innovation were extracted. The statistical population of the research includes books, foreign and domestic articles, university professors, managers and experts in this field. In this research, 285 primary codes, 138 concepts, 73 subcategories, and 22 main categories were identified. Based on the research results, the banking industry can improve banking functions by developing and creating entrepreneurial activities, by implementing innovative knowledge based on the proposed model.
