Choosing strategic planning models with a traditional approach has reduced the effectiveness of organizations. In the traditional approach, one of the existing strategic models with a few changes becomes the basis of strategic planning of organizations. This is while today's modeling is formed with the continuous participation of the organization's people in different stages. In the design of the cultural strategic planning model of non governmental organizations, three stages were passed with the continuous participation of individuals:
Recognition and analysis of the institution and its planning model
Thematic studies and requirements for intervention in it with the cultural context of Iranian society.
Designing basic, primary, secondary and final models of cultural strategic planning.
This model is designed under the interpretative paradigm with qualitative method and using document field studies and thematic analysis techniques, Delphi and focus group in 11 stages and 42 components. In this model, environmental analysis, optimal life design in the matter of the institution and its policy making, and determining the institutional mapping of the institution have been prioritized over the formulation of the vision and mission statement. Also, using strategic thinking; Strategic interests, strategic map, strategic foundation and operational plan with the participation of stakeholders, designed and with favorable future foresight, the ground will be provided for intelligent intervention based on soft technology to achieve the goal of the institution.
