The purpose of this research is to design a strategic model of basic knowledge in defense organizations. The statistical population of the research is the Social Security Organization of N.M. The research tool is mixed and for the qualitative part in order to calculate the factors of the model as well as the strategies, the expert interview method was used, and in the quantitative part, the questionnaire tool was used to validate the model. The number of samples of the qualitative section of the snowball brush was estimated to be 10 people. Cronbach's Alpha reliability of the questionnaire tool was estimated at 87%. The results of the research showed that the strategic model of basic knowledge in the defense organization consists of internal elements of culture, technology, process and structure, and human resources, as well as the inputs of upper documents and rules and regulations of the organization, and environmental factors are effective in formulating this model. Also, one of the main pillars of this model are the goals, vision, mission and strategies, for each of which factors were extracted according to the nature of the SATA defense organization. Finally, the strategies and implementation requirements were calculated and included in the model.
