The article was formed to answer the question of what characteristics the strategic management model presented in the story of Prophet Joseph (peace be upon him) has and what differences it has with other strategic models. By using the method of comparative content analysis to study the story of Prophet Joseph (peace be upon him) with reference to interpretations such as Al-Mizan, Majma al-Bayan, and Tafsir Noor, the components and elements of the model were extracted and compared with other models. It was concluded that this model, in that it follows a goal from the beginning and considers a vision, defines strategic tactics to achieve it, is similar to other models but differs in transforming all threats and challenges into opportunities, continuous divine assistance and feedback, alertness, hope in God, and utilitarianism, and its implementation differs from other models. The overall strategy of this management is "fighting idolatry and manifestations of polytheism through the growth and dissemination of the mission and prophethood of Prophet Joseph (peace be upon him)," and its main goal was to promote monotheism and purify the intellectual and practical manifestations of idolatry and slavery in Egypt. To succeed in implementing the strategies, they focused on persuading field managers, explaining the horizon of precise supervision, providing continuous help and support, alertness, utilitarianism, and implementation.
