Iran's Islamic Revolution, under the guidance of Imam Khomeini (Rh), was able to attract the attention of elites with cultural-artistic knowledge and accompany them in this evolutionary path with the Islamic Revolution. Since there is no model for the revolutionary training of artists in the organization of Basij Artists, this research seeks to provide a model for the revolutionary training of artists. The method of this research is evolutionary (qualitative). In terms of the applied goal, with a descriptive method, it is in the structure of a research with a case study; In this method, first by "guessing, selecting, processing" regarding the dimensions and descriptive components of the model, based on the collected information, it leads to the thematic model. The findings and results show that the model of revolutionary training of artists in the Basij organization in terms of concepts, three-dimensional components (elements dimension (motivation pillar, thought pillar, behavior pillar), three dimensions of types (artist training level, artist communication level, environment level) artist), and the dimensions of the works (accuracy results, impact results, speed results) in relation to an identified subject and by multiplying in the form of a matrix table, the components are related to each other, and by determining the ratio between these dimensions, 27 priority variables It can be useful for the revolutionary training of artists in the Basij organization.
