Abstract

Four ethnicities live in Kirkuk Governorate (Arab-Kurdish-Turkmen, Chaldo-Assyrian) and the Kurdistan Regional Government and the Kurdish parties want Kirkuk is part of the Kurdistan region for political and economic reasons.This complicates coexistence and weakens unity And national integration among the nationalities in Kirkuk Which refuses to be part of the Kurdistan region، Social security is a threat.
This research aims to explain the role of the total factors of ethnic convergence in Kirkuk provinceIn the constitution, For the purpose of identification And the plan of ethnic cooperation strategies in Kirkuk province is the basic question of this research. What are the strategies of ethnic integration in Kirkuk province in the Iraqi constitution? To answer this question, Documentary data  and a survey with a questionnaire tool Researcher made and compiled and have been analyzed in both descriptive and inferential ways. The statistical population of the research includes officials, 16 experts and experts related to the political field from the interview of political experts Familiar with the field of ethnic integration of the statistical society in the first stage of this research.  In the next step, a questionnaire was designed among 38 people using the sampling method They are chosen from among the elite. The findings of this research identify the number of 14 strengths, 21 weaknesses, 11 opportunities and 14 threats and based on the upcoming research, Number of strategies related to ethnic integration in Kirkuk province. In this research, the strategic issues that stand in the way of moving from the existing situation to the desired situationThere are identified and counted. According to the calculated environmental factors and the reaction score of the country of Iraq to each of the mentioned factors, The situation of ethnic integration in Kirkuk province It was evaluated and determined, and based on this, the strategic path in the defensive area (WT-ST) was selected and prioritized as follows..
