Authors' articles are only received through the system. 2. The article should be prepared and processed according to the guidelines of the journal authors. 3. When sending the article files in the system, make sure that two main files (the article without mentioning the author/authors' details) and the specification file (the full text of the article along with the detailed description of the author/authors on the first page) must be sent. 4. After completing the submission and receiving the registration code, the article is placed in the initial review phase. At this stage, the article is reviewed along with the authors' specifications, and therefore it is necessary that the specification file inserted by the author in the system includes the full text of the article and the authors' specifications. 5. The duration of initial review of the article is three weeks from the date of registration of the article by the author. 6. After the initial review, a decision will be made about sending the article to the referees. At this stage, the main file of the article without the authors' details is sent to at least two expert referees depending on the topic. It is obvious that if the files are not inserted correctly in the system, it is not possible to send the articles to the referee, and accordingly, it is reminded that if the files are not inserted correctly, the journal has no obligation to evaluate the submitted articles. 7. The articles that get the necessary quorum in the evaluation of the judges will be reviewed and re-evaluated according to the journal's policies in the quarterly editorial board meeting. 8. The certificate of acceptance of the article will be presented to the authors after its approval by the members of the group of teachers in the meeting of the editorial board. Otherwise, despite the approval of the referees, the article lacks the necessary criteria for publication and is considered rejected. 9. The review and evaluation of each received article is a three to four month process, which may take up to five months, including the acceptance, printing and publishing process. 10- The articles are only received through the system and the quarterly has no obligation to review the articles that are sent to the email addresses of the respected members of the editorial board. 11- Articles are judged by double blind peer review.
