Abstract
The article was written with the aim of explaining the principles of the cultural strategy of Soleimani school management in line with the Supreme Leader's plan in the command and management style plan of General Shahid Soleimani in the form of Soleimani school.Therefore, it was attempted to extract and explain Strategic Cultural Principles of the Suleimani School of knowledge and Value Soleimani School by the content of the words of Imam Khamenei and the words of the martyr and her companions, using the method of ijtihadic induction. These principles were followed by discourse analysis and confirmation of their validity and reliability using the interviewers' They were integrated into In 9 Principles of Belief in God and Confidence in His Unity, Provincial Strategic Thinking, Futurism, Practical Commitment to Religion, Sincerity in Speech and Action, Jihadi and Revolutionary Spirituality. Divine patience, Religious Management, The Islamic Human Behavior, Orbital province (the supreme leader), love of God and meet him, guardianship strategic decisions. And to believe in the grand cultural strategy of the Suleiman school of faith and belief in the existence of God and the certainty of the hereafter and the true guardianship of Imam Khomeini and the creation of a heartfelt relationship with the supreme leader and his commandments and grandchildren.
