Abstract
While the Islamic Republic of Iran has considered crime-prevention as of the onset, the model for doing so has less been put on the agenda and the attempts to deal with crime-prevention have been conducted on no homogenous model. According to the approach of strategic management, access to such a modle requires doctrine, goals and policies. Doing so, this research studies the narrations of his highness Imam Khomeini (ra) and those of the Supreme Leader (ph), and classifies the results in three levels including doctrine, goals and policies as the following:
The doctrine of Velayat-e-Faqih in crime-prevention is composed of Islamism, justice and law. Meanwhile, the golas of Velayat-e-Faqih are as follows: eradication of poverty and destitution, common access to justice, supervision over good performance, theorization of crime-prevention, improvement of juridical activities, reforming the judicial system, security (economic, social, cultural, judicial, political, psychal), fulfillment of common satisfaction, resocialization of criminals, self-control and maintenance of tripronged bodies. The crime-prevention plocies include: enabling deprived social classes, exploitation of the national scientific capacites, improvement of transparency in economy, shorten the criminal procedure, promulgating the virtues, reform and revision of laws, minitior the safety of juridical departments, conduct paroles and amnesty and decisive treatment with criminals.
