The conceptual model of the impact of mobile technologies and wireless networks in the development of the mobile state

Abstract

Wireless technology, having specific features such as simplicity and variety of use, mobility and low cost are being replaced by traditional communication technologies. Widespread penetration wireless networks including mobile and easily access and ubiquitous to public information, healthcare services, education, business, advertising, civil participation, multimedia content, mobile TV, etc., urged the government to take advantage of the mobile government as a complement to e-government. Identification and comparison of wireless technologies and their applications, underlying the decision about the method of dealing, directing, financing, managing and monitoring these networks. In this paper, the technologies and wireless networks, mobile government and their role in the development of performance are surveyed and a conceptual model for wireless networks and their interaction with the mobile government is presented. This research based on its purpose is applications and based on its methodology is analytical survey. Using Smart PLS software, presented model the, whit expert’s idea is evaluated. Prospective and strategic planning to select, accept and deal with the emerging technologies in mobile government requires an understanding of the challenges, opportunities and threats of wireless networks in terms of technology, handling and security that is investigated in this research
