Abstract
The aim of this study is to determine the pattern of Progress based on dialogue His Excellency Supreme Leader. For this purpose the content analysis (qualitative and quantitative) and grounded method is used. To identify Factors, the set of statements and writings of Imam Khamenei (Mdzlhalaly) was presented, and then by using grounded theory methodology, data analysis was performed. Data analysis by grounded theory method, involves three steps: open coding, axial coding and selective coding. With data collection, data analysis was performed and by segmentation data, concepts and categories were emerged. At the same time collecting data, open coding was done and segmentation data, concepts and categories were formed. The results indicated that in view of the Supreme Leader (Mdzlhalaly). Culture, Sense of dignity, Religious motivation and faith in God,The revival of identity, Challenging, Freedom of thought, Scientific development, Evolution, National determination, Self Confidence, A sense of responsibility towards the future, fight against corruption, Illustrating the future, Not intimidated by the West, Security, Human resources potential, Integrity and inner strength are the main components in progress. And Promote the spiritual, Preventing the infiltration of foreigners and enemies, Welfare, Promote ethics, Justice, Public safety, Evolution, Scientific development are the consequences of progress. Also, favorite progress has indices such as Scientific development, Progress in the shade of Islam, Progress with justice, balance Between world and the Hereafter.
