Developing model of competence management to achieve the 1404 vision

Abstract

Iran's national vision, having first important goals such as becoming an economic power, science and technology in the region, the Islamic and revolutionary identity, inspired in the Muslim world and engage constructively and effectively in international relations requires existence competent managers in the public sector and private organizations. The present study explores the concepts of competence in the world and using the experiences of management experts in the country, provide a model for the realization of vision 1404. The Grounded Theory used for research method. Collecting Data method was depth interviews with teachers of management and colleges snowball sampling method used. Results interviews were classified in five main categories include perceptual skills, human and communication skills, power of the executive and management, core values and personal characteristics and at the end of general model of competency managers is developed in Islamic Republic of Iran to achieve the 1404 vision
