Abstract

The current research was conducted with the aim of designing a model for promoting the psychological empowerment of human resources based on organizational neuroscience at the headquarters of the National Iranian Oil Company. Research in terms of purpose, applied-developmental; And it is considered mixed type (qualitative-quantitative) and descriptive-survey in terms of data collection method. The statistical population of the qualitative section included all scientific articles that have been compiled around the topic of the research, from which 83 articles were selected. In the quantitative part, the statistical population included all the managers and assistants of the human resources management department at the headquarters of the National Iranian Oil Company, from which 15 people were selected in a targeted manner. Cronbach's alpha coefficient was used to measure the reliability of the questionnaire, and its value was 0.790 in this study, and the reliability of the questionnaire was confirmed. To analyze the data in the qualitative part of the content analysis, in the quantitative part, Delphi technique was used for confirmation, and interpretive structural modeling was used to stratify the variables. The results led to the identification of 6 dimensions, 20 components and 90 indicators, All indicators were confirmed by experts. In leveling the variables at level 1, the consequences of psychological empowerment and neurohormones; At level 2, empowerment based on organizational neuroscience and empowerment based on cognitive neuroscience; At level 3, psychological empowerment techniques and approaches based on neuro-leadership were leveled. This model can be used as a basis for psychological empowerment of human resources in different organizations.
