Abstract
The research method was mixed (qualitative and quantitative), in the analogical-inductive approach and practical in terms of the goal. The statistical population included professors, commanders, managers and university students. In the first step, with a meta-combination approach and comprehensive surveys and studies, the organizational revitalization model with many important and effective indicators were identified and extracted and divided into two groups of individual and organizational factors (categories). In the next step, using the fuzzy Delphi method, among these factors, effective basic indicators derived from organizational revitalization were identified.
In the quantitative part, the relative coefficient of content validity (CVR) was used to check the validity, the value of this coefficient was higher than 0.42 for all drivers of organizational revitalization, and the CVI index, which was higher than 0.79, which indicates the content validity of the item. It was a questionnaire. To check the reliability, the method of checking the reliability or reliability through repeated tests of the questionnaire was used. The findings showed that the individual factors of organizational revitalization are "demographic", "personality", "psychological", "occupational" and its organizational factors are "human resource management measures", "structural-process factors", "organizational leadership", "support". organizational", "cultural factors", "organizational communication" and "social capital". Among the extracted drivers, management support, beliefs and organizational spirituality were respectively the most important.
