Abstract
The budget is a document through which the government can influence macro-economic, political, cultural, etc. variables. The budget in Iran, like the arteries of the body, plays an important role in transferring life-giving blood to different parts of the society and economy. Counting and identifying public budget policy propositions is one of the most essential priorities in order to explain the efficiency of the budget in the Islamic Republic of Iran. In this applied-developmental research that was done with the descriptive-analytical method; The information was collected by the library method and by referring to valid documents and documents and was given to 70 experts and experts through the questionnaire tool. The results through the software showed that the policy propositions of the public budget in the Islamic Republic of Iran include the concepts of the Constitution. with 6 indicators), the law on the implementation of the general policies of Article 44 (3 indicators), the plan and budget law (20 indicators), the vision document (9 indicators), the 5-year development plan law (14 indicators) and the general policies of the 5-year plan (15 indicators) were identified.
