A competency-based strategic model with an emphasis on organizational agility Case of study: University of Medical Sciences of Kohgiluyeh and Boyer Ahmad province

Abstract

The current research aims to design a competency-based strategic model with an emphasis on organizational agility with a mixed (qualitative-quantitative) approach, using the qualitative content analysis method and the Delphi technique to present a competency-based model with an organizational agility approach in the first part and in the continuation of the accreditation fit. The model is done. For this purpose, in the qualitative content analysis section, 15 articles that had the criteria desired by the researcher in terms of relevance to the research subject were selected. The statistical population in the Delphi section consists of 14 academic experts in the field of human resources management and senior managers and human resources of the University of Medical Sciences, and in the quantitative section, it consists of all employees of the University of Medical Sciences of Kohgiluyeh and Boyer Ahmed Province, whose sample size is equal to Cochran's formula equal to 367 people was determined and sampling was done by simple random method. Data analysis was done in the qualitative content analysis section based on a systematic review and in the quantitative section using the structural equation method and PLS software. Organizational, agility in providing educational-research and medical services, agility of human capital and agility of technology, information technology systems and infrastructures influence the formation of a competency-based model with an emphasis on organizational agility, as well as the findings of the quantitative section. They fit the model presented in the research.
