Designing a customer-oriented management model in the banking industry with an emphasis on the impact of managers' jihadist tendencies

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to design a jihadi management model to attract customers to the banking industry. The research method was exploratorily mixed and in data collection, techniques such as interview, observation, and collection of documents and texts were used within the framework of the grounded theory method and purposeful sampling method. Also, using the snowball method, 50 marketing management experts, university professors, bank employees and were interviewed. The design of the jihadi management model to attract customers in the banking industry was selected as a central category and then using the paradigm model, the data theory of the proposed 24 main themes of the findings showed that the effective implementation of the network communication development model by jihadi management method. These themes include courage and determination in decision-making, justice and realistic and program-oriented idealism, belief in collective wisdom, organizational work and elite turnover, good record and having perseverance and serious determination as ground conditions, and three Customer loyalty and commitment along with the interests of the bank and customers, providing satisfaction and value creation for the customer, management based on Islamic values as causal conditions and customer needs and expectations, determining consumer (customer) expectations of services, improving efficiency and effectiveness Customer service, consumer and organizational markets were selected as the main strategies and employee satisfaction, citizen satisfaction, avoidance of disputes and efficiency as the intervening conditions. work of a paradigm
