Abstract

Considering the cultural and ideological problems facing the society, one of the expectations of the Imam Khamenei and the general public, especially the religious people, is the effective activism of the cultural front of the Islamic Revolution. It forms a diverse front across the country. In the meantime, focusing on a fundamental and effective solution to address those expectations is inevitable. The present study considers empowerment through the required skills training as one of the basic ways that can lead to the supply of capable and entrepreneurial manpower. Increasing the productivity and efficiency of tasks related to the activists of the Revolutionary Front, such as propaganda, education, jihad of explanation, and the like, is one of the topics on which this research has focused. In this research, an attempt was made to explain the importance of skills training in the cultural front of the revolution by using the documentary method and the evolutionary research method, and the operational strategy to strengthen skill-training was expressed by using the Tasqif skills model.
