Abstract
The agents of the Islamic society try to draw the desired future of the society by relying on the infinite force of divine victory and determination, and to formulate and implement the grand goals and strategies needed for the excellence of the society with an inspiring approach. For this purpose, a model for strategic management is needed that is based on the measures of the supreme leader and on the pillar of rationality; The reliance of strategic management on this pillar can provide a good basis for realizing the ideals and values of the Islamic Revolution and the goals of the vision document of the country and provide the progress and excellence of Islamic society and the development of an inspiring and outstanding model of Islamic government. Therefore, in the present study, a model of strategic management based on rationality is presentedThe research method used is mixed (qualitative and quantitative). In the first step, a qualitative method (data-foundation theorizing) is used to present the model. For this purpose, the texts related to rationality were reviewed and the results were analyzed and interpreted using three stages of coding (open (92), selective (16) and axial (12)). This model represents 12 themes of rationality, each of which is divided into one of four stages of strategic management (policy-making, decision-making, planning, implementation and evaluation). Its statistical population also includes 30 experts in the field of strategic management who were selected by purposeful sampling. Structural equation model (confirmatory factor analysis) was used to validate the themes. These results show that the extracted themes have a logical connection with the strategic management process.
