Abstract

The aim of this study was to investigate the role of empathy management in preventing the impact of effective psychological stimuli caused by behavioral dualities in the organization. The statistical population of the study includes a number of employees of a military unitArmy of the Islamic Republic  located in Shiraz, from which 185 people were selected using stratified random sampling method. This research is applied in terms of type and descriptive and correlational in terms of method. The required data were collected using two questionnaires of empathy skills Lamonica (2007) and Markham Stress Questionnaire (1992). The collected data were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistical methods (Pearson correlation test, stepwise multivariate regression) and using SPSS software and research hypotheses were tested. The results showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between management skills and effective psychological motivational forces due to behavioral duality in the organization and empathy management skills can significantly predict the effective psychological motivational forces due to dual behavior in the organization.
