Abstract
The pillars of the administrative system in any country determine all the affairs and stones of the building and the axis of the administrative system. In the Islamic Republic of Iran, based on the principle of Velayatefaqih, it is important to recognize the pillars of discussion in the Velayat-e faqih discourse. this paper has been written to explain the pillars of the country's administrative system in the discourse of the Velayat-e faqih. In this applied-development research conducted by descriptive-analytic method data were collected by library method and referring to valid documents. The results of this study indicate the pillars of the administrative system in accordance with the Velayat-e faqih discourse that the main ones are: objectives:1)Establishment of military-based domestic capacity2) institutionalization of work conscience and social discipline in the system3) establishing a responsive and responsible military in front of people4) establishment of justice and a The tail of discrimination and corruption in the system5)military formation the developer of moral virtues and supporter of fundamental and legitimate rights of people6)Achieving to the powerful administrative system and the strengthening of national authority.Doctrine:1)realistic core excellence with Islamic approach2)in accordance with the measures of Velayat-efaqih3)taking care and responding in thought and practice4)emphasis on internal supervision5)orbital law6)Axial Justice7)The axis of Islamic foundations in serving people. Policies: 1)flexibility and reduction of organizational focus2)maximum use of popular capacities in governance3)installation of Al Ain law in decisions5)axis of the people's material and spiritual needs6)observance of the right of Naas and avoiding unfair protection measures7)relying on popular participation In the administrative system.
