Identifying and Prioritizing Factors Affecting Advanced Technology Entrepreneurship in Iran

Abstract

Technological entrepreneurship is one of the factors influencing the creation and acquisition of wealth by different businesses at the individual and organizational levels. Thus, the achievement and development of such advanced entrepreneurship itself requires the identification of the nature of the processes and the factors that influence it. Accordingly, the purpose of this study was to identify the factors affecting the high technology entrepreneurship in Iran.
This research is an applied and developmental one in which, using descriptive and inferential statistics, quantitative and qualitative analysis, as well as library and field methods for information gathering, it identifies and rates the factors affecting the advanced technological entrepreneurship in the Islamic Republic of Iran.
The results of this research show that the structure of advanced technological entrepreneurship in Iran has the following dimensions: "government"; "university"; "firm"; "capital"; "market / customer"; "technology entrepreneur" and "consultants" .
The most important factors affecting entrepreneurship were identified and summarized in 60 indicators.
"Reforming Laws", "Modifying and Improving Government Support Policies and Mechanisms", "Development of Risky Investment Industry" and protecting intellectual property rights " from the government dimension can have, respectively, the greatest and " providing expert, scientific and strategic advice "and" counseling and training to fill in information gaps and problem solving "from consultants' dimension can have, respectively, least impact on Advanced technological entrepreneurship in Iran
